Does skip tracing include serving the documents?
No. Skip tracing helps identify a possible service address. Process serving is a separate service, with its own rate, coverage, and acceptance.
Is a current address guaranteed?
No. Address information can be incomplete or outdated. A possible address does not guarantee that the person is there or that service will be successful.
